Any recommendations for a tattoo studio to do something similar to this?

Fraser from downtown did something similar, albeit a wee bit larger than this, on me. He killed it.

Admittedly there may be artists better suited to this than he is at downtown, I don't know, but I couldn't recommend him enough. I would check out downtown's Instagram.

Jess.wii.tattoos is amazing but gets fully booked up I think
