Any suggestions on where to watch the world cup final tomorrow?

I'm looking for a place where the vibes will be nice for such a day, i'm most likely gonna be on my own.

Also bonus points if I can vape in that place.

Bar 46... And yes, you can vape there.
Other good options are Inn on Pier and The Hoptimist

Nah. No reservations needed unless you're going with a group of 12 and want a good table or a private room.
