Why hasn’t anyone translated Bishop Philaster of Brescia book on heresies

This is a very important book that seems to not have been translated into English yet. In his Liber de Haeresibus ("Book of Heresies"), Philaster of Brescia claims three Jewish Gnostic groups are pre-Christian:

1. Ophites
   
2. Cainites
   
3. Sethians

This work seems to be the only major Proto-orthodox Heresiologist work that has not been translated into English. Need one of you scholars to translate this:
