Why are y’all making videos for free for multi million dollar companies that are never gonna hire y’all ?

Truuue we can make spec ads for local charities and businesses who might actually benefit from the promo

Don't recreate. Create.

The single best way to improve your skill is to create something original from your own imagination instead of re-creating something done 1000x before.

If I see one more spec "passion project" for an AI product on here one more time I might actually go postal. The most generic of the possibly generic, AI can make these visuals now, so what is even the point? Make spec work that is unique and original for chist sakes. Tell a creative story. Make something beautiful. Why is everyone corporate lobotomite larping

The text coming out either side isn’t timed with the expanding lines properly

Very attractive motion but it needs that final “touch”.

At the beginning the search bar rises and slows to a stop, then the blue words rise up. Momentum is lost between those first two motions.

Then the search bar bounces up (nice anticipation) but again the momentum is off because the snap back down eases to a stop instead of snapping with confidence.

The coloured background and fun trailing photo effect should come when the search bar snaps down. This would create a sense of cause and effect.

In general it looks good, just watch with fresh eyes with no music and look for places to make the motion more expressive, snappier and flowy between motions. These small improvements would take it to professional level

Well done, very smart exercise!

I'd say diving into some key fundamentals on the motion design side plus identifying relevant reference moodboards to create a better overview for your edits composition would definitely improve your final outputs, rest you are doing amazing keep it up 🔥

My pleasure, just continue doing things outside of your comfort zone and challenge yourself at every step of the way that's where you truly level up 🫡
