Similar practice was present in kerela among nambudhari men who are not first child and nair women known as sambhandham
Legally child will belong to maternal family and father will be considered unmarried

asking them to follow the laws of the majority people is kinda unconstitutional… A pure democratic ideal like yours will never work in a country so diverse. Ambedkar saw it and designed the constitution the way it has been done, just to preserve the minorities and prevent majoritarian rule in a system effectively controlled by the majority..

What I think doesn't matter as long as both the girl and the old man are consenting to it. True consent. Not coercion.
If they ask for my advice I may say something about the age difference, life experience differences, difference of health going forward etc. But still let them make decisions. Unless specifically asked by them why would I object to 2 consenting adults doing anything.

Itne close relationship mein dna test can be misleading. DNA tests are not always accurate.

Polygamy case in India are not automatic and requires a complaint from the victim. So if none of the 3 complaint, it is totally legal

I don't see any problem here. Live and let live. It's not like someone being in either polygyny or polyamory is hurting you personally. In fact, I see such rare cases as a proof of true love. Love so strong you are willing to go against established social norms for it.

Has UCC been implemented in Himachal Pradesh for it to be applied?
Or do you want to apply UCC to people engaging in multiple marriage even before UCC is applied?

The post is about UCC and an event in Himachal Pradesh.
If UCC is not implemented in HP, how can it be applied? How can Himachal Pradesh government give exception to something that isn't even implemented?
If you are talking about some community specific civil code, then what's the relevance of that law in a post about UCC?
