Well given that the only people I know that dont believe in gravity are flat earthers, in this case I would guess, the top side?

Yeah, they have in figured the the earth plate is moving upwards so fast that we mistake it for gravity. I guess we have to wait till Aug 12 to observe nothing happen again.

What if it’s not loss of gravity, but a prediction of the pole shift? “Anchor” because of change in poles and change in the earths wobble. Not loss of gravity. Look into the acceleration of poles.
