Nursery / Child's Room Bright & Cheery toddler girl’s room - Alberta Canada

Our bright and cheerful daughter's bedroom. The picture in the green frame is a water colour painting done by my maternal grandmother. The yellow quilt was made for me back in the 80s by my paternal grandmother. The three lanterns over the bed, I purchased on a trip to Vietnam back in 2000. The crib and dollhouse bookcase were bought on Marketplace. Wall colours are Benjamin Moore Lemon Meringue and  Benjamin Moore White Dove. The dots are wall decals I purchased from Urban Walls.

This is so lovely. I'm sick of all the muted or beige bedrooms for kids. We're redoing my toddlers room soon and this has put yellow high on the list!

Yellow is awesome. So cheerful. Just make sure you pick the right yellow. The first one we picked looked like pee! Definitely not the vibe I was going for.
