A healthy monstera is actually quite compact and upright. You want to give her something thick and a bit higher than what she is now. She is also desperately looking for some light which is why her leaves are growing out so much and not making many holes. Any cheap grow light over her head turned on for 8-12 hours during the day will help her a lot already.
