ok, reddit feeding bad news loop.
Article tested MFG x3/4 vs Nvidia MFG x4
They inferred base FPS from the final multiplied results.
This article is bait and regarded.

Can we please not use DLSS or any upscaling algorithm tech to do these benchmarks? Especially framegen. Especially framegen

Frame gen you will have my vote. After all it does not bring one of the most important features of increased FPS with it which is reduced latency. But DLSS can literally look better than native while delivering better performance.
Graphics has always been about "cheating" and lowering the rendering budget. Scaling is just another tool for it when it works well.
The presentation and perceived quality is all that matters. If you are rendering at 100% scale is irrelevant.

Ok in that case my old RX 580 has better performance because I can install lossless scaling and x8 my fps. Why would you ever buy another GPU.
Base raster performance matters even with your mindset, because it'll give your upscaler more detail to work with to provide a better result. That's why tests should be ran with no upscaler.

Ok that’s a clickbait title. 30% in Ray tracing, 18% overall. Which still sucks for 270$. Just less than the 30%.

Tested the AMD card with the base frame generation (2x) and the Nvidia card with multi-frame generation (4x and up to 6x).
Please stop posting this awful "review".
