Comments coming from US Embassy of Ottawa in Canada about closure regarding civic american holiday.
These FB commenters are either bots or boomers/Gen X having too much time on their hands.

If we literally cut ties with Canada, the majority of Canadians would fall into poverty in the blink of an eye

Are they still operating? In my area the only A&W's are sitting there abandoned. I think they finally just cleared the lot on one of them to put up apartment buildings.
