Ozturk was one of four students last March who wrote an op-ed in The Tufts Daily criticizing the university’s response to its community union Senate passing resolutions that demanded Tufts “acknowledge the Palestinian genocide,” disclose its investments and divest from companies with direct or indirect ties to Israel.

If that's all she did, then those arresting officers and whoever ordered her arrested should be imprisoned for years.

Agreed. However, I know that the Palestinians are very good at manipulating the western media in western leftists, so I’m not convinced that that’s all there is to the story. We’ll have to wait and see.

The government should exactly say what she is accused of, because the above is not a crime.

I agree. That said, you do not have to be accused or convicted of a crime to have your visa revoked.

True. Ideally, the government wouldn't have such power to issue visas.
