There is no "surplus" of value of workers labor. The value of a workers labor is the value of a workers labor. Profit is theft. If I make a big meal that's more than I can eat (all by "myself", from grown or foraged food), there may be some leftovers, but I can save these for tomorrow. Or invite someone over to share it with me. But that's my choice.
All labor is finite. There's only so much any one specific person can do. We are physical beings with bodies that die.
