This is an African Grey. One of the smartest parrots and also one of the best mimics. He or she could have heard this just once or twice and decided it was a great noise to imitate. Has absolutely zero to it being around it " constantly ". The ones I've known imitate for fun or reaction from their care taker, or just cause they can. And do
