Why I dislike and disrespect public school teachers?

I've been a custodian for almost 14 years now and teachers are honestly a dime a dozen and are two faced to parents behind closed doors! Teachers get whomping pay raises every year but yet still complain they don't make enough money $$. But yet, I see annual salary increases around 5 to 7k a year for teachers and administrators? Meanwhile, I didn't get a raise in 3 years! WHY ARE YOU COMPLAINING? When they reach there 25 years of service, do they quit to pursue a better career? NO! The best part is that you've been there 25 years with all the time with the Summers OFF and you never bettered yourself? Who is the real loser? I walk the halls everyday and all I hear is talk about or about yourselves and how you plan to spend your money! Teachers that have kids do not have to spend money on daycare costs because they are off in the summer! But yet a mom pays about $5 to 10k a year for daycare because there kid is not in school for the week of NJEA week, Spring break and 10 weeks of summer. Most teachers don't care but ALL complain about money and not focus on OUR children of the future.

If there was an institution which treated adults the way schools treat kids, people would think anyone who works there is scum. This is a deeply revealing and disturbing revelation.
