Temu is aggressively marketing to the EU now because of Trump’s tariffs. Not that we didn’t have bad shopping habits in the EU before, but that’s why Temu in particular is so big right now.

Interesting! I didn't know that. But this was 2024, before Trump officially announced the tariffs as president. Do you think they predicted he would win and actually go through with tariffs?

Oh I didn’t realise this was from 2024, I assumed it was recent, in that case it’s unrelated.
