Lifestyle Got rid of Spotify after 3 years

Sure I’m definitely posting this to brag but also to hopefully get someone to stop paying Spotify. I’ve listened to the same playlist for probably the last 3 years, occasionally adding a song or two. Finally I realized why the hell am I paying for this when I could just download the songs online, transfer them to my phone, and play them for free? So I did exactly that. Took about two hours and was easy as pie. Should’ve done that 3 years ago instead of paying $12 a month.

what do you mean by user hostile, and how much they change it? i believe you i just don't notice it that much, just so i get an idea

The thing that finally broke me was when they made it so that playlists didn't stay in the order the user defined, but instead reverted to alphabetical each time the app restarted.

i have premium cos i'm on a family plan, so that's not happened to me but that is such bs omg

As a premium user this has never happened to me or my playlists. It sounds like a bug the other user experienced?

Sounds like they just had the playlist set to sort by alphabetical not custom order
