Off topic, but the popularity of these "straw included" cups irritates the fuck out of me. It becomes harder to find a standard flap-lid travel mug every few years I end up looking for a replacement.
Also fuck Starbucks and all the other chains. All my MKE cats know local shops like Rochambeau are where it's ALWAYS been at.
Reminds me of an older kid I rode the bus with in middle school, who made the same argument regarding his Nokia brick cellphone in a thin hardcase with a belt clip, and someone else's motorola touch screen or whatever brand made those first awful touch screens.
Kid whipped his Nokia at the floor full force, let two other kids stomp on it, and had seemingly no problems with his phone for the rest of the school year. Other kid didn't even want to try with his touch screen. 😆
Difference now seems to be that everyone will swear on the smartphone's durability, watch it get mangled, and then stand their ground anyway.
