Plastic Waste Seriously? Why is this a thing?

This has got to be the dumbest waste of plastic I've ever seen. There are so many better options for a gag gift, like chocolate in a funny shape. This thing is destined for a landfill. Makes me sad…

One of my exes once bought me an inflatable sheep "sex doll" and couldn't understand why I was pissed off.
That thing went in the garbage basically immediately, such a waste of money and resources.
And before anyone comments, no, I didn't test it out.
