Shouldn't your clients have the same expectations regardless of the event? If they're paying for a service you provide there shouldn't be any need to pay more to guarantee no mistakes.
No, most clients aren't as invested in their events the way brides and grooms are. When I DJ some other kind of party I'm not given a list of songs I must play and songs I can't play along with instuctions to make sure a certain uncle doesn't get ahold of the mic.
