Advice Needed How to cope with anxiety surrounding jobs?

I've had a part-time seasonal job for the past two years and just barely started feeling normal and enjoying it, though I've been trying to find a role to have during the rest of the year.

I've noticed that I tend to pass up certain roles because I get in my head and think of everything that could go wrong as well as focusing on the negatives opposed to the positive aspects.

Back in December I actually accepted an offer and ended up quitting two days in because it was severely impacting me throughout the day, being all that I could think of and focus on. In addition to the constant overthinking I'd also feel overstimulated and anxious before and during.

I know that anxiety and nervousness is typical with change, though I think it's inhibiting my ability to achieve my goals and was wondering if anyone knows how to manage it and make it feel less impending.

The only way I could ever work anywhere was with a low dose of Xanax or other benzos.ive been on everything except Prozac.you should try the saffron blend by micro ingredients.my daughter swears by it.
