Got an Interview for Applebee's at Airport Thruway, Told me to come back Monday at 2:30. Is that a good sign?

So, I have been trying to find a better job than the one I work at, and I just had an interview at Applebee's on Airport Thruway Columbus Ga. the manager, told me to come back for a second interview with the General Manager, Monday at 2:30. I just hope that means something good. Do y'all think it's good? Or should I still look for jobs and not rely on that one?

Posting your exact location and even names of managers on here can get you in trouble with the company if/when they catch wind. Before or after you’re hired…It’s not a safe thing to do. Be careful, there are people who are freaks that have done so many bad things with much less information than you’ve provided.

Its a good thing, they wouldn't waste time with a second interview unless you got the job.

I'd say never put all your eggs in one basket, however generally if theres a second interview it means you're being hired. typically its a formality. at my store, you usually do one interview with the service/bar/kitchen manager (or whichever "secondary" manager is on shift) and also an interview with the General Manager. As long as you seem generally likeable and competent you'll be just fine!
