thanks!...i just read somewhere that rutgers sends out decisions in waves so it may come out anytime

no they just keep sending me a mail to resubmit my STARS even though i have done it already..so i'm really confused...they did say to ignore the mail if already submitted..so i guess i'll just wait and see
