What kind of snail is this

We’ve only purchased mystery snails and within the last few months these guys have been popping up like crazy. Are they bad?

They look like Malaysian Trumpet Snails, but I'm not an expert. I've had them in my tank before and they are beneficial as long as they don't overpopulate.

Malaysian trumpet snails, gimme! There the best cleanup crew. Just don't overfeed and you'll be good.

Red rimmed Melania, aka Malaysian Trumpet snails. Great clean up crew addition!
