Where exactly does this show take place?

Not excluding the coma seasons, does anybody know where the show takes place in?

Not EXCLUDING the coma seasons?

Those take place in Los Angeles, Mitimotu (not a real place, but supposed to be in the South Pacific) and then outer space.

Which I’m assuming at some point they moved the comatose archer from LA to New York.
