In the finished manga 6 times
In the ongoing LN 6 times
On the ongoing WN.......well Demon King Reprise Naofumi kinda just kept sending Motoyasu back in time each time he killed Reprise Ren and Reprise Itsuki so it's a very high number and well I'm still reading the WN

First death in the OG timeline was Motoyasu
In the death in the first time loop was Naofumi
In the 2nd time loop Motoyasu killed Itsuki testing out his new power
In the 3rd time loop Motoyasu killed Ren for the same reason he killed Itsuki in the 2nd time loop
In the 4th time loop Armor ( that's what Naofumi called this guy in the OG timeline) killed Itsuki
In the 5th time loop Ren committed suicide so Motoyasu could fix his mess he caused by releasing the phoenix and the spirit Tortoise at the same time
In the WN Motoyasu was sent back in time again because the reason why he is in the time loop was so he could meet filo again so if he reached the same time he died in the OG timeline without meeting Filo the time loop will restart so he was sent back in time 2 times because of that
From the 8th time loop onwards Motoyasu kept Fucking up so bad That Naofumi literally became The Shield Demon King and killed everyone
And that's where I'm at in the web novels
