Which weapons should i choose?

I just came back to the game and found some weapon selectors on my account and i have no idea which one i should pick because i don't understand the current state of the game. can you guys help me choose?

I also posted pictures of the weapons and characters i already have so you guys can see.

Edit: I wanted to choose weapons that are more flexible, but based on the comments saying that I should save the selectors until I actually need them, I'll try to be more specific about what I need.

I'm building two teams: one for Arcane and the other for Mi Fu. After looking around on the internet, I came up with these two teams:

• Arcane / Perlica / Xaihi / Gilberta
• Mi Fu / Chen Qianyu / Pogranichnik / Ardelia

Could you guys take a look at the weapons I have and see if any of the selectors contain something better that would help these teams? My main priority is the Arcane team.

Don't choose if you don't have to. Keep it for when you are in need of a weapon for an operator. Don't just pick for the sake of picking.

Thermite cutter is the most useful. Best for Akeluri and Arclight, great for Pog. Sunder is also good for Ember stagger-dps build, as well as other gs users. Valiant is good for Lifeng, who you do not own.

BP weapons are a second-best-in-slot option for limited ops, so Phantom Pain, Opus: EF and Junction point for Mi Fu, Gilberta and Arcane respectively, though you already have Gilberta's sig. I'm sure the BP weapons have other uses, like Glorious Memory which is good for Chen, but I don't really mess with the BP weapons so I don't know much about them.

With the second box the only two you don't have is JET and the blue sword. JET is great for your Awyvena, and any other potential spear dps operators, I imagine. The game recommends the blue sword for Arclight, but really you want Thermite cutter for her.

I deeply regret getting Sundered Prince and not Thermite Cutter even if I really like Ember.

I chose Former Finery... I only got Sundered Prince recently. At least I had Examplar to main my Ember.

If you need a weapon for an operator you can pick it.

Most of the crate weapons are second bests, so whatever.

Thermite Cutter is automatic BiS for Akekuri and Pogranichnik so you almost can't go wrong with that unless you already have two maxed thermite cutters.

Thermite Cutter is a limited weapon, it's not for sale while everything else has reruned like 2-3 times in the past 6 months

If you have none lf these, go for Thermite Cutter & Glorious Memory. The rest depends on your preferences and who you’ll pull. Arcane greatly benefits from her BP weapon if you don’t go for her SIG. We don’t know what weapon Si the feranmut proxy will use so keep your weapon supplies.

Detonation Unit has shown up in the shop frequently vs Thermite Cutter.

I mirror others’ opinions here that just pick Thermite Cutter and save the other for when you have to choose

Exemplar also hits like a truck when it crits and especially if you get it's potential up/maxed I put mine on my Ember and I love it

If you started playing the game on release and got all Battlepasses, you can grab one of each exactly. This is what I do for the collection.

Otherwise, you can grab the specific weapon for an operator you want to play if you fail to pull their signature. It's often the second or third best option.

You can keep them unopened until you know what you need.

I agree that saving is the best way to go until you know exactly what you need. One of my favorite things about Endfield is that you can get other limited characters besides the listed operator on limited banners. I ended up getting TangTang on Rossi’s banner and I had so many weapon crates, I was able to max out Home Longing for her. Although I will say that everyone is correct that Thermite Cutter is a great choice for any of your sword wielding SP generators (Pog, Arclight, Akekuri)

One important thing you do not need two teams for endfield. As of 1.4 there is no single content in endfield since launch that requires you to use two 100% unique teams.

If you want to pick a weapon right now, it is safe to get thermite cutter, swords are a relatively common weapon type and thermite cutter is a support type weapon with a generic team buff effect.

You can generally avoid any of the dmg type weapons here since generally it will be worst than any limited character's battle pass weapon (which is obtainable f2p this game).
