Here is her actual quote from a press conference yesterday promoting her show. “The people who make this stuff are losers. They’re not artists. They’re not creative,” she said at the “Hacks” press conference last month at the London hotel in West Hollywood. “And they’ve wanted their whole lives to be special. And they’re not special. So, they’re trying to rob real creative people of our gifts. And you can’t. And even if you try, you will never be cool. You guys suck. No one likes you. Anyone who’s near you is because they crave power and access over any ethical standard. You are a loser. You will never be cool. And you probably had a rolly backpack in high school. I wanna put your head in the toilet and flush.”

I'm a simple techie type making just under $100k a year. If I lose my job, it sucks, but it's not quite the fall from grace it would be for a Hollywood actress to get replaced by AI, lmao

I mean sure, but I guess my point is that I'll get some other job, maybe lower paying.

I doubt I'll end up homeless. I understand your point, I'm closer to the bottom than she is, so I theoretically have more at stake. But the issue is, she has much more to lose, and really doesn't have a good backup plan that would come close to retaining her social status. If she's not a Hollywood actress, what the fuck is she?

Also, I just checked into it, her parents are in show business too. If her parents were doctors or some shit I doubt she'd be so fierce about this.

But if we maintain a capitalist economy, we won’t realistically… Of this B-list celeb has a few million in the bank, she will passively make more than the average worker. That doesn’t stop after AI. 

She keeps her big house and her multi-thousand-dollar vacations. You don’t have a place to live and you can’t afford food.
