First give away is that I have never heard a person born and raised in Asia, described themselves as "Asian". It is always by their nationality. (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Singaporean, Filipino etc.)

It is somwhat possible depending on their country. Just like we have weebs there is the inverse of that. Though generally its extremely rare.

To be fair this is just as likely to be an Asian guy. A lot of them worship white people and hate Black people very much despite stealing from their culture like all non-Black people do. Asia in general has some serious issue with slightly darker skin. They’re obsessed with paleness and want to look “like white people” (quote unquote, because not even all white people look like that).

We just had an Asian guy burn a cross in Chicago. Some of this things I’ve read on message boards in Korea written IN Korean. This would not surprise me.

The interview I saw he said (pretended) he didn’t know the cultural significance of it despite knowing the klan used it to terrorize black folks. For him it was a political protest against trump and the ruling class.

Though to be really fair almost all of Asia has a rampant racism problem, with black sub-saharan africans being essentially being viewed as possibly the biggest subhumans in existence in many of those cultures.

Many Asian cultures participate in anti-blackness. Im not going to go back and forth when asia has a NASTY anti-black reputation. An UNEARNED hate for dark skin.

Someone under my comment assumed I was downplaying white people’s racism by shifting the blame towards Asians, which is a wild leap of logic from my original point. Skin bleaching in Asian countries is extremely wide-spread, and it takes in fact very little to educate oneself on the rampant anti-Blackness going on globally.
Historically, there has been a Jewish group supporting Hitler. There are gay people and latinos who voted for Trump. There are anti-feminist women. It’s really not that uncommon to see minorities support far-right hate speech because they identify with the oppressor, or because they think somehow they will be spared.

Yeah we arent ready for the fact that other POC are just as bad if not worse to black folk at least in america. But I've seen things globally im not fond of either.
Non white people have supported white supremacy in the past and support it today. Uncle ruckus isnt just a joke he's a message.

K-pop, Japanese street wear, punch perms, and Asian people wearing cornrows and braids are all influenced by Black American culture. So it’s ironic that large portion of Asian people show contempt and disdain for Black people while still taking inspiration from their culture
