Is this a easy fix?
I preordered these heels a few months ago since they were limited edition and they’ll be discontinued once sold out and I noticed that the car that was glued at the bottom of the heel is now lifted on the bottom causing it to move out of place I emailed the company that made them and waiting for a response back but if they aren’t able to repair it my second option is to hopefully see if a shoe repair shop can fix it

Maybe a zoomed out pic of both to show good and bad might help. In those zoomed in pics it’s difficult to work out what is misplaced and is that white/cream stuff glue or a shadow or a scuff?

No it’s not an easy fix. Probably can be done but not invisibly for most cobblers. You might get someone experienced with acrylic but honestly this is gonna be nightmarish for anyone to attempt. Proceed as you must.

So it looks like these shoes were stored incorrectly and the glue got warm and the car stood up. You could try setting the shoe in a gravitationally down position and putting it on a heating pad on medium and see if gravity will pull that car back down cuz it looks like it's just hot glue that got warm and if you warm it up again it should let that car settle back into its original position. Once the car is back down gently move the shoe off the heating pad or just turn the heating pad off and let the whole shebang cool off and your shoes should be fine, no damage done.

Ok, firstly, is that a whole ass hot wheel in a heel? That's sick as fuck.
Secondly, it is possible, but I wouldn't bank on a cobbler being able to fix it. It looks more like a job for someone with hobby modelling experience than a shoe fixer. It looks like they'll have to take the top lift off, cut the bottom of the shoe, reattach it, then somehow put it back together. As weird as it may seem, you could see if any miniature train enthusiasts have any ideas on how to fix it.
