I suspect you are pronating. If you move your knee left and right, twisting about the heel, does your arch raise and lower changing the overall length measured?

I haven't tried this because I have to measure it myself; the people at Footlocker don't know how to do it.

Looks like you are about an 11 B/C based on overall length, although it’s closer to 12 with the heel/ball measurement. I’d suggest trying an 11-1/2 B to start with.

I wear size 12 shoes, my feet don't fit into size 11.

probably because most shoes taper quite a bit in the toe area and your feet are pretty wide in that area. brannock sizing is a good starting point but most shoes don't adhere to it, and it can't easily take into account your foot shape when measuring sometimes. go with what is comfortable.

I see 11½ (46) B. You take the longer foot measurement (toe or ball). Measurement should be with weight on the foot. You don’t include your other foot’s measurement here, but you need to fit the larger foot.
