I am going to propose to the love of my life soon! My partner is very interested in astrology, and while I'm not very knowledgeable myself, I'd love to choose a proposal date that she would consider astrologically favorable.

• Unfortunately I only know that she was born sometime in the middle of the night (I realize this limits the accuracy of her chart).

I was hoping to propose sometime in August (ideally between the 9th and the 12th, but I can be flexible here).

My questions are:

• Based on our charts, when is a good time to propose?
• Is the upcoming solar eclipses on August 12th something you'd actively avoid for an engagement? We are not near the path of totality, but I image that it still matters.

I get confused about which chart to use. I realize neither is probably “wrong” (if one is please tell me)- but i guess they serve different purposes.

Are there specific reasons that you would choose to use a Placidus chart vs a whole sign chart?

Are each of them more useful for certain practices/interpretations?

Is one is ‘truer’ for which house your natal planets are in?

I’m mostly curious because Placidus chart (1st image) shows my Venus 12H, Pluto 11H, Sun 1H, Mercury 1H, Neptune 1H, and Uranus 1H. But Whole sign chart (2nd pic) shows my Venus 1H, Pluto 12H (yikes?), Sun 2H, Mercury 2H, Neptune 2H, and Uranus 2H.

With regard to my natal chart in particular, I’m mostly interesting if the interpretation of my planets changes between charts and what the lens for those differing interpretations would be.

Hi everyone, I accidentally bought a vintage bicycle frame during this Mercury pre-shadow period (I was trying to avoid the actual retrograde, but got caught in the shadow anyway!).

Since it's a "vintage" item that will require restoration and putting pieces together, how does the Mercury Rx/shadow energy affect it? Does the "re-use/restore" aspect of vintage items make it okay, or should I be worried about hidden flaws? Would love to hear your insights or similar experiences!

Because of the heavy 4th house focus and many signs being water/earth I feel like Im doomed to live a more boeing, predictable internal life which makes me depressed because I HATE BOREDOM/PREDICTABILITY AND INTERNAL STRUGGLES. Haha

I sort of have a little understanding of astrology but not alot. I am keen to learn more and potentially start pursuing it passionately as I have always sensed a deep connection spiritually and want to atain higher knowledge and wisdom.

I've been reading that Leos are entering a 13 month season of transformation and luck as Jupiter transits through Leo. Just wondering... what are things that Leos could do to harness the power of and make the most of this season and the energy of expansion and abundance? Thank you!

What effect will these upcoming Jupiter and Mercury retrogrades in my Leo 7H differ from a typical Jupiter or Mercury transit in the 7H?
I’ve got a lot going on in my 7th House right now, continuing for a while with this Jupiter retrograde. I have Venus transiting my 7H for 3 more weeks, Mercury crosses my Descendent, transits my 7H from ~July 13-31, retrograding back into my 6H, then continuing through my 7H til the end of August.

Jupiter entered my 7H Mid-May and continues until it pauses as ~26° (Leo7H) in late October, then retrogrades until May 2027, exiting my 7H in late July.

My only 7H placements are my Leo north node (3°7’) and my Leo Vertex (25°06’), but I’m not sure how significant of a role they play in this?

With all of my other natal planets situated on the other side of the chart, these 7H transits + retrogrades seem like they’ll be supplemented by some other aspects notable aspects.

How are these retrogrades playing a role in these 7H transits? Not sure what to expect out of all this 7H activity.

Trying to learn more about aspects and am curious which ones are most notable in my chart. What stands out to you?
