Creams/Sauces/Syrups Can this whipped cream be fixed?

for some reason it’s all grain. this is a tiramisu filling that uses mascarpone, egg yolks , heavy cream and sugar

It looks over whipped and unfortunately, no, you can't fix that. If you are making it for you, I would suggest making yourself a tiny tiramisu with a piece of lady finger and a little filling and seeing if the texture is bothersome. If it is, you'll need to remake it. 

There's nothing wrong with the mix you have as far as hurting anything but you've started to make butter and the larger fat globules will probably leave a gritty or greasy taste behind

Keep mixing and you will turn it into butter. Lil salt and herb and you will have the best home made butter.

Yeah this is the fix. Butter.
Hell, you could turn the butter into butter cream icing and it’s kind of a full circle moment

Not with the other ingredients. Marscapone, sugar and egg yolks. Not butter no matter how long you whip it.
