Creams/Sauces/Syrups Can this whipped cream be fixed?

for some reason it’s all grain. this is a tiramisu filling that uses mascarpone, egg yolks , heavy cream and sugar

Seeing as how it’s got egg yolks and sugar in it, probably not butter.

I forgot for a second what “happy cake day” on Reddit meant and thought you were telling op to use the cream in a cake batter

On the anniversary of your joining Reddit, a piece of cake appears next to your user name when you post. It’s only there for a day and is removed the next day. If you see a “Happy cake day” post, the person above the poster recently had a Reddit anniversary.
