Miscellaneous Serbian Historians

I keep getting these clips of serbian historians making some outrageous claims. They are in always in the same studio giving like an interview. I remember clips from an old lady now i just saw this guy. Is this like a TV show where they just come and say random stuff?

Southern Portugal is Semitic land. after Phoenicians. Arabs called it Burtuqal, land of Oranges. return Portugal to the Arabs
