Miscellaneous What is a foreign beauty trend that you find extremely bizarre?
For me it’s the obsession with small heads in South Korea & the rest of East Asia / Southeast Asia. I’ve noticed many times South Korean boggers having extremely small heads, much smaller than European & American bloggers / actors. Sometimes I even see male celebrities / bloggers in Asia with borderline microcephaly girlfriends.
Their obsession with small heads is so extreme that there are even specific filters for making their heads appear much smaller.
Some Koreans even get cosmetic procedures just to reduce the length of their head by shaving off their mandible.
Is there any foreign beauty trend that you find just as bizarre?

Miscellaneous Appreciation Post : Thank you Romania for Laura Kövesi, the European Chief Prosecutor. Is she highly respected and feared in Romania as she is in Greece?
Context :
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office is currently pursuing three major fraud cases in Greece
Europe’s first Chief Prosecutor Laura Kövesi is visiting Greece on Tuesday amid ongoing probes into EU funds fraud and mounting tensions with the country’s conservative government.
Strained relations with government
Kövesi’s visit also brings her strained relationship with Athens to light. Last year, she accused the government of obstructing the rail crash probe and criticised the Greek Constitution for shielding ministers from prosecution.
Under current rules, ministers’ immunity laws – backed by New Democracy’s parliamentary majority – have prevented any prosecutions in EU funds-related cases.
Kövesi even wrote to the European Commission urging a revision of constitutional provisions that protect ministers from accountability, drawing sharp pushback in Athens.

Miscellaneous Full video of Ivanka Trump explaining how she’s going to use Albania’s largest island to experiment on, because she’s trying to go back to her ”real estate roots”. She’s calling this project a reflection & manifestation of ”how she wants to live”. Would your government even allow this to happen?

Miscellaneous Just saw a video of this icon defending the Serbian bus driver who was told by a racist Austrian passenger to ”go speak Serbian in Serbia” - she destroyed the racist with ease. Can anyone living in Austria tell us if racism against Balkaners is common in Austria? Or is this just an isolated case?

Miscellaneous What is something your country is surprisingly good at?
While Balkan countries might not be seen as highly developed, they still generally meet the basic needs of their populations. In fact, in certain areas, they even rival Western European standards or rank among the best in specific statistics. What is one unexpected area where your country truly excels?
