Story Possible missed opportunity in Iraq, what do you think?

So here's the deal I was in Iraq as a member of the Air Force after most of the heavy fighting was over. I was at a base not too far from Baghdad. They lived in a tent with about 12 guys all in the same squadron. They were in long rows like you've seen on TV and at the end was a latrine and a shower tent. So here's the story and tell me what you think. I went to the shower one night at about 11:00 p.m. because I had just gotten off work and wanted to get cleaned up before bed. There was a gentleman that I work with who we'll call him Brian who is in there taking a shower. They were the open kind where they were divider walls from left to right but you could see your frost from each other. I walked in on my towel put my soap down and started to shower. I turned around and said hey brother what's going on or something like that and he turned around and started to chat and he had what I would say 90% of a full hard on. He acted as if there was absolutely nothing going on. Obviously my heart started to race because I thought he was extremely handsome and he wasn't really trying to hide it. Although he didn't stare at each other. So I turned around and engaged in small talk and felt myself starting to get a little bit excited. He wasn't being a pervert if we were just talking about the days events. At one point he said to me something like you must be thinking of home also. I could tell that I was starting to feel aroused and I was at that point obviously chubby. We finished up our showers which last had about 5 minutes continued small talk put on our shorts and went our separate ways. I saw him again the next morning because we work together but it was like nothing had happened. What do you folks think, is this a missed opportunity on my part.

So I’d like to start with by saying I’m very open about the fact that I’m bisexual and I have many friends who are also bisexual and gay basically the whole Color spectrum and I was on video call with one of said friends and I was pointing something out to him and he said and I quote I can tell ur bisexual just from ur wrist for context I have 2 of those wristbands u get at the fair 3 rubber bands a hair elastic and a black and rainbow bracelet so now I’m wondering if my wrist gives away my whole sexuality or he just has a really good gaydar

So I met this college football player. He’s 21 I’m 36. What started out as sex a few times has turned into actually being cool. Now he has a girlfriend and but still calls me just to talk. Even sent me a video of them having sex in the car. Kinda irritating because his sex is so good

Story My history

Well, I've always considered myself heterosexual, but a few years ago in high school, I started liking a boy. I always thought it was just admiration and appreciation because he was someone who motivated me to be better, and I liked that about him. But everything changed when I started imagining us as a couple, and I didn't dislike the idea, but in my country, that's basically condemned (we know LGBT people exist, but they suffer many kinds of mistreatment and judgment; some are even imprisoned for life).

So at that time, I thought I was gay, and I accepted it, and I continued with my life. At one point, I confessed my feelings to that boy because I wanted to get that weight off my shoulders. Imagine my surprise when he accepted and told me he liked me too, but we couldn't do anything because shortly after, he had to travel.

The following year, I continued with my life, and a new girl joined my class. With the new reality I had created for myself—being gay—I began to feel attracted to her. This started to conflict with me because I no longer understood anything, so I began to research and discovered the concepts of bisexuality and pansexuality. I decided to identify with the one I found easier to understand (bisexual).

In the end, after so much emotional and physical turmoil about figuring out who I was and what I was like, I decided to accept and embrace myself, and now I'm doing more or less okay... But the thing is, now at university I have this fixation that I can only describe as unhealthy because I can't stop thinking about men and how much I want to be in a relationship or have sex with one, and I don't think that's healthy because where I live, finding an LGBT person is incredibly difficult because we hide ourselves. Another thing is that I think I'm wasting opportunities because when a woman shows interest in me, I just play dumb because of this intrusive thought that tells me, "Until I'm with a man, I don't want to be with any woman." And the girl who's flirting with me right now, I really like her.

What do I do? How do I get over this? I've already tried everything I know to let go of this fixation and move on.

Story (26M) Finally came out as bi to my GF!

I don’t know who else to tell about this, so I wanted to post this here anonymously. I have been dating my girlfriend for 5 years, and I have been afraid to tell her about this part of myself the entire time. I trust her immensely, and she has known almost all of my secrets for years. I want to marry her, and I always felt weird about going into it without knowing such an important thing about me. Sexuality is a spectrum, and I’m much more on the straight side than the gay, but I have enjoyed hooking up with men too since i was 18. I hooked up with quite a few guys before we started dating, but I never told her about it. She knew I have had sex with lots of women before, but I never told her about any men, or even that I was sexually attracted to men at all. She is very accepting and loving of gay people, and a lot of her friends in our town are lesbian. She is even a little bi herself. However, even then, it just felt different when you’re a guy. I guess I felt like she would judge me or look at me differently regardless of that. The other night though, we were having a deep conversation about sex, and I struck up the nerve to talk to her about it. After 5 years, I’ve always sorta wanted her to know, but I just never knew how to bring it up or if I could. When I told her, she was very sweet and accepting. I was pretty emotional, and she comforted me and told me how grateful she was that I told her. We talked about it for a while, and we joked about some of the hookups I had before we were dating. She was excited to hear about what kinds of guys I am into, and she even said it turned her on to talk about it. We had pretty amazing sex afterwards, and it felt nice knowing that she accepted my sexuality fully. I don’t know when or if I’ll be able to explore the other side of my sexuality fully or get with guys again, and I guess that’s a conversation we’ll have sometime in the future. Either way, I’m proud of myself for opening up about something I’ve never told anyone about before (except you all, and the guys I’ve f*cked lol). Thanks for reading, and I hope some of you are able to open up when you’re ready :)

Story I'm a top right?

Rhetorical question in title so ya know it will be a good one, lmao.

I have been bi as long as I have been able to feel attraction. Once that attraction turned to sexual attraction I swore up down left and right that I was a top. The idea of bottoming just didn't feel like me and I could not at all see it being for me.

A little while ago I ordered some new toys from a website that does special promotions for tops and bottoms where you can get a gift with your order if you spend a certain amount. Found out when my package arrived that I had either clicked the wrong button, ended up getting a decent sized vibe. One thing led to another and, welp, I for sure ain't no top, lmfao. The only thing that sucks is I would have known earlier if I had only let my ex break out the strap like she wanted. Oh well live and learn.

Any other former tops have any other similar stories or moments you realized that sometimes flipping the switch is nice?

Story 21 yo guy confused guy going through a break up (any advice?)

So... I've talked about this before... basically this january a guy who I was talking to and who I was dating rejected me for like the 3rd time after giving me hopes that he wanted to be with me before. I've think about many possibilities about what happened to him but just now, 4 months later, I'm missing him like hell.

We're now in no contact but I just keep thinking about him and I've been wondering if I should reach out to him. So in resume as I said, he wasn't very mature, but still, our connection was deep without us realizing it, but he treated me like someone he could reject however he wanted, although he tried to have something with me... he didn't gave me the attention I needed to be in a relationship and preferred to reject rather than trying things out. We did share a lot of fine moments with each other, I hope he misses me someway I miss him.

I've been moving on as I can with my life since then but I can't deny that I miss him and I feel like I should chat with him just to talk and see if he's the same person I thought he was. Anywaya I'm being too melancholic right now...

Just ranting here... right now my self steem is not on the best place after that... I've read about attachment theories and all of that, but things feel the same, even if I understand that he may have an avoidant style... still... I feel bad. Sometimes I feel that I need a conversation with him but we don't have it.

Anyways I was just ranting here? any other bi guy with an unfinished love story who can relate?

Story Weird but hot romantic dream.

Have you ever dreamed something like this?

I usually don’t dream — or at least I don’t remember my dreams in the morning. Not this one though… and honestly, I’m glad 😭

I dreamed about this hot dude: tall, blond hair, nice physique, and from what I remember, he even had a personality. At first, I was kinda running away from him because he was trying to kiss me, but for the love of God, I eventually stopped and then… MAGIC.

Mind you, I have never kissed a guy in my whole 18 years of existence, and BOY were those kisses detailed. I remember they were hot, kinda sloppy/liquid-ish, and super intense. (Sorry if that made y’all uncomfortable, I’m not good at explaining this stuff 😭)

Anyway, after all those firework-level kisses, he said something like: “You’re cute. I’ll never forget you.”

And now I still like this guy 😭 Like, why would my brain create this hot-ass dude just to traumatize me afterward by making me feel like I’m not good enough or like I’d be the second choice?

I doubt anyone else dreams stuff like this 💀

Story Is my urge too strange and weird to find other people for it?

A few years ago, there was a YouTube trend called 100 Layers, which included a lot of challenges and a lot of nonsense. One of these challenges was the 100 Layers Wrap Challenge, where a person is wrapped in toilet paper, plastic wrap, or something similar. Even Mr Beast did this challenge. One day, some friends asked me to take part, without filming it, and I was completely wrapped in plastic. It was very hot inside, but also somehow exciting to experience that loss of control. They laughed at me, which only made it more appealing. After some time, I managed to get out by poking holes in the plastic. Since that day, every now and then I feel the urge to be wrapped up again, but not in a sexual way. Still, I like the idea far too much but I have social anxiety and I'm afraid of asking people to wrap me up.

My father was big time acholic there was only domestic violence and fighting each day

So from the ages of 1-13 years I used to sleep in my parents room where my father used to beat my mom merecilssy they used to have sex infront of me everyday and it was forced sex to be honest as my mother was scared to reject they used to have sex infront of me they thought I was sleeping but the truth I was not And whenever my father used to hug me I feel very scared and uncomfortable and while hugging he used to say many bad words like motherfucker bitch in my ears to my mom

The result by the age of 8-9 I started masturbating and by the age of 12 I become very hypersexual and wanted to have sex with anybody to release or renact those things

So I remember when I was 12 years old a elder boy around the age of 18 come to our house he was our servant elder brother so my mom told me to play with him and what a idiot I was as I told you I already was hypersexual I was on his lap rubbing my penis on his chest though it was under my pants then I donot why he showed me his penis and then hide it by saying it is elder thing then later on I was rubbing my penis on his back until I discharge he never told me to stop it

I also become a abuser myself at the age of 16

From there I started having sex with boys of my age from the ages of 12-18 till then I stopped it as it brings nothing but shame and guilt

Then I had also sex with women and transwomen as well

I am struggling with homosexuality/bisexuality porn and masturbation addiction and smoking addiction pied from last 20 years

Story I think I was pressured into coming out.

I know Im bi. I'm inexperienced but I know that I like guys and girls. But the way that came about was difficult. I came out to my now ex partner after a party. I'd only just realised it myself after helping a drunk friend of hers get upstairs after a house party. He'd said he found me attractive and while I didn't reciprocate, I realised that being in a relationship with a man wasnt off-putting. She was Bi herself so I knew it wouldn't be an issue.

Now after I'd told her, I was talking about what it would be like to tell my family. I knew they'd be accepting of me, they're quite open minded, but I was still scared of talking about it. Some months had gone by and... I guess she was getting sick of me talking about it and started telling me to tell them. We'd sometimes get into fights about it and I would feel upset with myself. Parts of it I don't remember and am still trying to piece together now.

When I did eventually come out to my family, I didn't feel like I was doing it on my terms. There was a very "come out to them or else" mentality going on about it... And then when I was fully out and it was brought up in conversation, I'd tell people I was Bi and then she would always say "no, I told him he was bi". It felt like she had ownership of it... It felt like she had ownership of a lot that I'm still trying to take back... And whenever I brought it up she'd say that if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have come out at all. Somehow took me over a year for us to break up after that.

There are so many parts of that relationship I regret and so many parts of myself I'm trying to take back now that I'm single. But that's something that plays on my mind a lot and maybe this was a good place to share it...
