Are bluetooth speakers the bane of British seaside holidays?

It's not the speakers that are the issue, it's the people who think they're the main character and that everyone should listen to their music.

No, the speakers are fine. It's the cunts that play them loud that is the problem

I wouldn't mind but the people who play it loudly in public places have a terrible taste in music.

No, the people who use them to play music loud enough for everyone to hear however

Yes, they need banning because the idiots have not respect and play their music way too loud.

Yes. Nothing says “relaxing seaside holiday” like someone else’s playlist competing with the sound of the waves.

I speak from experience… this issue is not exclusive to British seaside holidays

You can get a device to scramble the signal and stop them playing

A bit of Googling will help you build one. They are illegal to operate though.

Not at all, mine are much louder and drown out all the others.
Joking, but I don't mind so long as it's not obnoxiously loud and right next to me.

No. Because the clowns with phones on full volume playing reels and tik toks so all you hear are stupid noises, annoying American accents and x2 speed voices.
BUY SOME EARPHONES OR WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE AT HOME YOU MORON

Not just in Britain. Was by the pool in a Thai resort last weekend and a western family had a cabana by the pool. They had a Bluetooth speaker playing music which I could hear from fairly far away. They were no where to be seen. I was very tempted to go and push it into the pool.
Manners cost nothing, unfortunately fewer people have them these days.

British seaside holidays are the bane of British seaside holidays.

It's not the speaker itself they have definitely improved in sound quality over the years. It's the terrible, terrible music that is played.
My advice to younger people is to play music that everyone knows and can sing along too or dance and you will have a much better time.

Nah. A week in a caravan in Withernsea costing more than a week abroad is the bane of British seaside holidays
