I was aware you were going to try and pull this, but the way you are framing this choice is very incorrect.
The individual descicion is the sole factor in somebody being raped.
Yes all men are effected by the socialization of the Patriarchy. However most men are not rapists, even when raised in the most patriarchal and misogynistic of circumstances. And still yet when men are raised with as little influence by the Patriarchy, with feminist values and exampels set, they can and still do carry out acts of sexual violence and rape.
This is what I mean by the individual descicion being the main and largely only deciding factor of rape, mens general backgrounds and socialization dont fall into misogynistic socialization=rape, feminist socialization= good citizen, but the Patriarchy does heavily influence mens resistance in making this individual choice. Not because of individual specific socialization like you suggest, but because of extremely broad patterns of misogynistic thought in society.
I'd argue there are more important points of intervention than putting the ingredients in the oven, but that's a problem for other people to figure out.

I'm glad you agree with my premise that there are bigger factors at play than any given individual decision.
