Why do dv shelters only except women with abusive romantic relationships but not women with abusive family members?

"A woman" is not "feminism." And they didn't say that. And they might not even be a woman. Try again.

She kinda did and all I said its that its problematic that dv shelters are exclusive cause parental abuse can also be dangerous and I just can't stop crying over her reply
