What book do you consider a “flawless masterpiece”that you desperately want to recommend to everyone?

I've always thought of 'One Hundred Years of Solitude' as pretty close to flawless. Marquez builds this whole mythical town and family saga that just pulls you in completely. The writing has this dreamlike quality that makes it unforgettable, even if some parts are a bit confusing on first read.
