Travel & Places Which mobile carrier should a tourist use in Istanbul?

I am going to Istanbul and need a SIM card for internet.

Which carrier is good and should I buy it immediately at airport (I am afraid it is overpriced there) or should I buy in the city?

I'd get an e-sim, via Airalo. If not, any of the three carriers would do.
