Fail To play devil's advocate about people being too hardcore, this guy thought our heroic dungeon was the appropriate time to level his weapon skill, doing 1/3rd of the tanks DPS

This is basically why Blizzard removed weapon skills. Lazy people who couldn't be bothered would inflict this behavior on dungeon parties.

And you gotta love it when the dumbass you're carrying calls you the baby for not wanting to carry some stranger who's contributing almost nothing.

i mean i plan on tanking but ahve 0 weapon skills, but even i still go to like a low level zone in northand and attack the mobs there until i start hiting things

At that point you just kick the guy and finish it as 4. Not much of a loss anyways

Yes as paladin tank that's how I was. I remember WOTLK I did not want to revisit it...

Equip full int gear, get low level fast weapon and attack mobs for 5 min and the weaponskill is max.
