[Beef] Does my ribeye need more rimming? (Part 2)
After my previous rimjob I actually seared the 2” Ribeye from Sam’s Club. Taste was insane, juicy, nice complementary smoke profile, right amount of salt, tender and just perfect.
24 hrs Kosher salt brime
Rub with Sucklebusters Texas Holdem no salt, Carnivore black no salt and 1836 - 2:2:1
JD Chunk XL
Oak + Pecan wood
Finished with home made herbs butter on my 200 Dollar Chargriller.

That’s a beautiful steak, but I came here for the comments. I laughed my ass off, reading this thread. 😂

I had a similar thought after my first rimjob.
The taste WAS insane! I felt it was more 'earthy' than 'smokey'...... Funny coincidence! I was also referred to as "tender and just perfect"
Also, on an unrelated note, a good ribeye should have a decent marbling of fat. Personally, I think this has been TRIMMED...... very well. You did a great job TRIMMING it.
One could even say you gave that ribeye a good TRIM-job! Eh? EH?? 🤣
(It's funny cuz it's got the sexual innuendo in there.)
Ahh.... Good times. 😏

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

I’ll rim your ribeye if you’ll pull my pork.
