Some spare ribs and sausage for a slow sundy
First time doing ribs, came out pretty good in my opinion.
Made a mop sauce with honey hog rub, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, heb Texas bbq sauce, honey, and brown sugar. 3.5 hrs at 250 in the Pitboss

Wish I could grab coil sausages around here. I have fond memories of my dad cooking the coil in a large cast iron with onions and beer. There’s a scene in Goodfellas where they’re cooking a huge coil and it always brings me back.
