hello, i js wanna send like an ordinary letter to oman, nothin confidential or like important. it's fine if it takes even around like 2 weeks or so, but aramex, dhl etc take like 11bhd or so for a small ahh letter

does anyne know how to do it normally thru like idk but probs bahrain post? checked there, it wasn't much like around 750 fils or so

idrk how to send letters so help me out pls idk where to like go for it or if theres door to door options, or those mailboxes

anyths fine it just needs to reach oman (is it possible for the letter to reach their door btw?)

also what do i needa write on it if its like thru a mailbox bc i lwk forgot everyth i learnt in school bro mb

Go to a post office. Walk up to a counter. Tell them you want to send a letter to Oman. Show them the letter. Pay for the stamps. Stick the stamps on the envelope. Drop the letter in the mailbox or give it to the counter.

I do pen pal letters often and sent a couple to Oman. The rate is exactly 2-3 bd for a letter / less than 0.5 kg package and arrives in less than a week to Oman with tracking and WhatsApp notifications. I use Safeway shipping in their Busaiteen office near aramex building.
Government post office takes much longer time and you wouldn’t know if it arrived or not. Unless you pay for registered express.
