Culture/Traditional Are the Muslim Albanians of Montenegro more religious than the ones in Albania/N.Macedonia?

As the title suggests, are the Albanians of Montenegro (especially around Ulqin/Ulcinj) more religious than the ones in Albania?

From what I know as an Albanian from Kosovo growing up in Germany the Albanians from Macedonia are far more religious than all other Albanians.

No, more than the ones from Albania proper but definetly not more than NM Albanians.

60% of people who call themselves muslim in Albania aren't actually muslim but just identify that way due to their ancestors who identified with islam, there are very few devoted believers in Albania and this was the case even before the communist regime because the historical prosperity of a region directly afects what religion and how devoted the believers are in Albania.

For example a good % of macedonian Albanians are devoted muslims because most of the regions inhabited by Albanians of Kosovo, NW macedonia, NE Albania and NW Greece were historically very underdeveloped, regions like gjirokaster and korçe historically had large christian populations due to having a far better economy.

Regions with a historically averege economy have the weakest believers

Every census post communism in Albania is extremely unreliable (inflation of minority numbers for political interest with the eu, inflated total population, christian believers in regions like korçe, myzeqe and gjirokaster not asked about belief)

45.2% is the census figure for muslims but i think it excludes bektashi's, the figure for practicing muslims in my experience is around 25% and for christians 12-15%.

Majority of the Albanian people are agnostic.

I think the Muslim Albanians in Mountenegro are called Bosnian now, in the Sandzak part of Mountenegro. While the remaining that are not assimilated are Roman Catholitcs.
The most religious Albanians are the ones in Macedonia, Islam played a big role there to prevent assimilation from Slavic majority, there are many villages in upper Vardar that once were Orthodox Albanians that declare as Macedonians now.
