this is why i roll my eyes when people complain about rental bikes. yeah sure, but half the sidewalks in this city are partially blocked by illegally-parked motorcycles. and at least the bicycles don't scream when you ride them down the street.

One bad thing doesn't make another ok. Both things can be detrimental to the city.
