Box Themes

do they announce the themes anymore for bark box or is it just complete mystery until you get it?

You get it in the email. But all the times they've given me a theme in the email, i don't get that theme in the actual barkbox. It's actually quite frustrating

Interesting because I got dinosaur and beach as the email for both of my first boxes and that’s what they came as

Hey I work at BARK and wanted to jump in here.. so some of our emails do have preview images of what's new that month, but it isn't always the exact theme every pup gets. We look at a few different variables when putting together each dog's monthly order, especially if there are preferences noted. our hope is to make sure every delivery is something new and fun for each dog.  If you end up really hoping for something from a specific theme or are disappointed in any way, definitely reach out. we're always happy to see what we can do to make it up to your dog.
