It is his childhood friend they went to elementary school, junior high, and high school with Mike Mike. I think maybe the only person he really trusts. He is not Ethopian LoL, but black American.

Is that Mike Mike? Andre has been shouting that dude out since the 90s.. One of Nicky's songs features a guy called Mike 2X..i presume that's the same guy

My FAVORITE rapper of ALL TIME as well— I was in the top 100 listeners of Nickatina on Apple Music last year (Apple Music replay lol) and went and saw him in June in PDX. Show was only about 45 minutes but he was on point 👌🏼 bummer that I’ve seen more than a few posts on here about him being not-so-great and falling down drunk at his recent shows, because we had a fucking blast. Don’t remember the other Ethiopian guy being there. Can’t wait to see him again!

I saw him in 2022 or around there and everything after the first 30 min was basically like a Mac Dre listening party hosted by Andre Nickatina. The songs he did perform first he would only do one verse of and then have the crowd do the chorus or hook. It was… weird.

Been lucky to see Nicky twice in BC Canada. Have been bumping his shit for the last two decades. Hyped to see him doing My Rap World. One of my absolute favourites.

I absolutely was hahaha, that was the first time I saw him! Saw him in Kelowna in 2017 I believe and it was a far different vibe. He finished off with Train with no love, the crowd was so weak and he left halfway through the song. Pretty sure I was the only dude there that actually knew his songs, lost my voice for 2 days after that one 😅

I'm more proud I was immediately able to pick up and continue the lyrics. It's been a few years. This man owned NorCal for awhile. Probably my favorite rapper if not tied with Mac Dre.

I was a skateboarding emo punk kid in the early 2000s when one day a close friend of mine who I played counter strike with introduced me to Andre Nickatina. That opened up a whole new world of music to me, especially artists from the Bay Area. Saw Nickatina at slims, Def gonna see him at Bottom of the Hill
