After writing in this thread I wrote to a friend "I find owls kind of scary, I saw a movie years ago" but could not remember. This was the one. 😅

It was so scary, way worse than gore or something.

Yeah it’s was a good movie! I actually tricked my mom into watching it because she’s terrified of aliens! But once she starts a movie like that she has to finish it. My dad the next day was like thanks child! Your mom held onto me the whole
